CEP is the European Organisation for Probation.  It aims to promote the social inclusion of offenders through community sanctions and measures such as probation, community service, mediation and conciliation
 
Reclassering Nederland is the Dutch Probation Service.  It is funded by the Ministry of Justice and Security.  It works with convicted and suspected offenders to minimise the risk of reoffending
