Is there a right to expunge criminal convictions?
The Scottish Centre for Crime & Justice Research (SCCJR) organises its 6th annual lecture on the 31st of May, 2012. Professor Elena Larrauri will examine the right of expunction of a convicted criminal's records. Elena Larrauri is Professor of Criminal Law and Criminology at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra de Barcelona. She is also past President of the European Society of Criminology.
