First STARR Conference
The first STARR conference 'What Works in Reducing Re-offending?" was held from 28th-30th April 2010 in Downing College, University of Cambridge, UK. The aim of the conference was, apart from providing information on the EU-funded STARR project and its pilot programmes, gaining an understanding of the different viewpoints of 'What Works' through presentations from emminant experts from across Europe.
