Project Objectives

The objectives of the STARR projects include:

• Identify existing positively evidenced interventions in all EU countries
• Scope obstacles to statistical evaluation in all EU countries, and propose development steps towards a methodological framework for an EU-wide understanding of successful practice
• Investigate, develop and pilot methods for addressing radicalisation, faith motivated offending, and gang development
• Investigate, develop and pilot methods of good practice for increasing inclusion and reducing offending including through employability, and addressing diversity -especially ethnicity and gender
• Develop understanding of and processes for adaptation and transferability of interventions, including for domestic violence and drug mis-use
